    So first I would like to start with mentioning once again the fact that I was traveling with a 10 months baby, which I am breastfeeding! So pre-condition to any travels was ability to stay in a two rooms quiet(!) apartment with a door in-between, since the baby wakes up every two hours at night and my mother had to have ability to sleep and provide the same opportunity to myself during daytime. When we arrived - we were pretty much surprised with the state of room and furniture. Pictures are attached for your reference. More important - baby's bed was dirty! (Picture also attached) Mirror in the room broken! Which is unsafe of course for the baby. I had to call for a technician 2 or 3 times since there was no hot water in the room! Then we found out the cockroaches. Reception suggested us to change the room and assured that there's no such problem on the second floor. When we entered the suggested room we have found out that it has a pool view which is extremely loud of course all the time and completely impossible for the baby to stay in. After we returned to reception they have provided us with another room. Well... This time the air-conditioner was not functioning and we had to call for a technician again! He did not fix the problem. The a/c was still almost not cooling. And all after all same night a cockroach again appeared in this new room. We went to reception again and were assured there are no other options at the hotel meeting our expectations (two-rooms apartments with a door in between, quiet and no cockroaches). Unfortunately I have a fobia of insects and can not live in a room with insects. therefore I had to take a tough decision of changing the hotel. My travel agents were able to suggest only one in the area meeting the expectations above. When we were checking out I called the reception and asked to send someone to help with a luggage since we stayed in the second floor and had two suitcases, a stroller and 10 kg baby. I was told that someone will come after 12o'clock but obviously they wanted us to check out before that. After a while of discussions they promised to send someone but obviously no one came. My mother of 60 y.o. with itchy legs had to carry the two suitcases downstairs! Which is absolutely unacceptable. I am absolutely unsatisfied neither with forwarding my claim to hotel management who are unable to maintain the premises in a proper way, neither with their response of course which I will forward via separate message. The statement that coackraches are common for hot countries is completely inaccurate according to my extensive travel experience to 20+ hot countries and of course that was not the case in the hotel we were forced to move. Of course, return of cost for nights not stayed can not be considered as compensation. In fact all my vacation was ruined due to pueblo park and it would be proper to claim the full cost of it including the cost of flights, insurance, moral damages and cost of my own time I'm now spending in correspondence. However, since I prefer to limit time of our further discussions It will be acceptable if my extra-costs only are compensated. I attach the check form an alternative hotel out of which you can deduct what was already returned.
