As is normally expected of a business hotel from the Accor Group, the hotel was managed efficiently, the room amenties were from a branded company, the furnishings expensive and free Wi-Fi available. There are multiple restaurants and a bar onsite, a small shop selling India themed curios and facilities for leisure activities like swimming & gym. The rooms are pretty small (even crowded) and the service mechanical. Everything was available but somehow the sense of warmth & welcome were missing. Food and drinks at La Uppu - the ground level restaurant were disappointing.
