I stayed here for three days before boarding a cruise. I wanted to be close to the port for when I left and this is pretty much the closest hotel you can find. It is also fairly well priced for the area and the location ended up being great for sightseeing. It is literally across the street from Bay side - a very touristy shopping and restaurant area on the ocean. It was a really nice area to walk through and look around (very overpriced if you actually want to buy or eat there). It was also within walking distance of the art museum and a train station. Mostly we used Uber to get around. It was a really quick and cheap way to get around Miami. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The rooms were not that big, but a decent size for a big city hotel. The lobby was really nice. The swimming pool was kind of sad - it is in between the parking lot and the hotel. So people have to walk through the pool area if they park. The pool area wasn't too interesting either, very basic. It also had big windows into the lobby. Privacy isn't a thing there I guess. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay!
